A doctor’s visit will soon be another service that comes directly to the door at a new Miami condo. The Cove Residences in Edgewater will include access to in-home healthcare for owners when the waterfront building opens, currently expected in 2028.

The service, provided through Healthcare On Demand, will be available to family members and guests staying in one of the building’s 134 residences. It will also come with ownership rather than require a separate membership.

Physicians will be available for house calls seven days a week. Residents will also be able to arrange bloodwork, rapid lab testing, X-rays and ultrasounds at home, along with prescription delivery. Pediatrics and women’s health are included in the program, as are IV therapy and joint recovery.

The offering sits alongside a larger collection of wellness spaces planned for The Cove, including a fitness center, yoga room, sauna, hammam, cold plunge, massage rooms, and an outdoor meditation area.

The Cove is being developed by SB Development and Hazelton Capital Group along Biscayne Bay. Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design is behind the architecture, with interiors by Dieguez Fridman Design. Residences for sale start at $795,000, with floor-to-ceiling glass and deep terraces framing views of the water and surrounding city.
