The Miami Design District has built its reputation around fashion houses, galleries, public art, architecture, and destination dining. Now, the neighborhood is adding its first residential ownership opportunity, with sales recently launched for Fouquet’s Hotel & Residences, Miami Design District.
The nearly two-acre project will bring 143 condominium residences to the district, pairing a 25-story residential tower with a 12-story Fouquet’s hotel. Fouquet’s, the Parisian hospitality brand, will operate the hotel and manage the serviced residences. The Miami property follows the brand’s New York debut in 2022 and expands its U.S. presence into one of Miami’s most design-driven urban districts.

That hospitality element is central to the project’s positioning. Residents will have access to hotel-style services such as housekeeping, pantry stocking, event planning, chauffeur service, 24-hour concierge, and a private landscaped motor court. Fouquet’s will also bring five dining concepts to the property, making food and service part of the daily residential experience.

Pritzker Prize-winning architect David Chipperfield is leading the architecture, with interiors by RDAI, the French firm known for its work on Hermès flagships around the world.
Inside the residences, the design direction centers on scale, light, and material quality, positioning the tower as a design-led address shaped by its setting. Plans call for expansive layouts, high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, private terraces, natural finishes, bespoke cabinetry, and custom pale-champagne mullions. Landscape architect Perry Guillot is also part of the team, with landscaping planned across the nearly two-acre property.

The Design District has already become one of Miami’s most recognizable destinations for luxury retail, architecture, and creative programming, and this project adds a permanent residential dimension to that mix. Unlike many Miami luxury developments built around waterfront access, Fouquet’s Hotel & Residences, Miami Design District is centered on proximity to the Design District itself, with Wynwood, Brickell, Miami Beach, and Miami International Airport nearby. The homes will range from one to four bedrooms, with pricing beginning at $1.8 million.
