Villa Skyfall, a newly built estate by South Florida designer and builder Aldo Stark, has listed for $85 million in Delray Beach’s Stone Creek Ranch. The approximately 22,400-square-foot residence sits on 2.5 lakefront acres and takes its name from the James Bond film Skyfall.
Designed as a private resort-style compound, the property reflects Stark’s interest in cinematic detail, large-scale entertaining, and wellness. His passion for car collecting is also shown through the home’s museum-style automotive gallery, one of the estate’s most distinctive features.

Inside, Villa Skyfall includes nine bedroom suites, 32-foot ceilings, and a grand salon wrapped in illuminated onyx. A private poker lounge concealed behind a hidden door adds another Bond-inspired detail.

Entertainment is also a major part of the layout. A 309-inch MicroLED theater creates a full-scale screening experience, while the main living areas offer space for larger gatherings, formal hosting, and quieter everyday use.

The automotive gallery was created around Stark’s personal collection of exotic and collectible vehicles. The centerpiece is an Aston Martin featured in the filming of Skyfall, valued at over $5 million. The car collection is not included in the sale, but it helped inspire one of the home’s most memorable spaces.

Another highlight is an Amazon rainforest-inspired wellness area with an indoor pool, Himalayan salt room, spa facilities, steam room, sauna, and fitness center.

Outside, a 95-foot pool anchors the grounds, accompanied by cascading waterfalls, fire features, private cabanas, and manicured botanical gardens. Additional outdoor amenities include a putting green, pickleball court, and soccer field.

Villa Skyfall is located within Stone Creek Ranch, a gated Delray Beach community known for its large estates and high-profile residents. The neighborhood offers a secluded setting while remaining within reach of Boca Raton, Palm Beach, and private aviation access.

Stark has also helped raise the community’s profile. When Mark Wahlberg relocated from California to South Florida, he purchased one of Stark’s custom-built estates, bringing added attention to Stone Creek Ranch and its position within the region’s ultra-luxury market.
