Utah’s Most Expensive Condo Listing: A Penthouse at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Deer Valley

A two-level penthouse at the forthcoming Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Deer Valley has been listed for $37 million and is now Utah’s most expensive condominium listing.

The six-bedroom home, with the name KEETLEY, will occupy the 11th and 12th floors of the development at Deer Valley East Village. Its 7,077-square-foot interior is joined by more than 500 square feet of terraces overlooking the surrounding mountains. The floor plan includes seven-and-a-half bathrooms and three primary suites, while a private elevator connects the residence’s two levels.

ODA Architecture is designing the Four Seasons project and its interiors. In the penthouse, natural stone and wood will be used alongside metal finishes that reference Utah’s mining history.

The penthouse will be among 123 private residences planned for the development. Fifty-five will sit above the 134-room hotel, while 68 will be housed in a neighboring residential building. The resort and residences are scheduled for completion in 2028.

Homeowners will have access to Four Seasons services and the property’s shared amenities. Plans include indoor and outdoor pools, spa and fitness facilities, four dining venues and a ski-in/ski-out lounge opening to a terrace with a fireplace. An ice rink and indoor sports court provide additional recreation, with more than 50 miles of hiking and biking trails nearby.

The Four Seasons is part of the broader development of Deer Valley East Village, a new base area alongside Deer Valley Resort’s expanded terrain. Since December 2024, the resort has more than doubled its skiable area and added 11 chairlifts. Deer Valley expects to offer 4,500 skiable acres during the 2026–27 winter season.

The completed village is expected to include hotels, branded residences, restaurants, shops and year-round recreation. Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is already open, while a Waldorf Astoria hotel and residential development is also planned. Within the larger project, the penthouse places the Four Seasons residences at the top of Utah’s condominium market.
