Oksana: My path into real estate began while I was earning my Master’s degree in Economics, where I developed a strong interest in real estate investment. That experience changed how I viewed homeownership not just as a place to live, but as a powerful financial asset that can build long-term wealth.
When I moved to Houston, I immediately recognized the strength and opportunity of this market.
