Annie Santulli has spent more than two decades designing homes in and around Palm Beach, with additional projects in the Hamptons, the Bahamas, and Cape Cod, as well as interiors for private yachts.

She leads Annie Santulli Designs, a boutique studio recognized within Palm Beach’s luxury interior design market. With each client, Santulli takes time to understand how they live, entertain, and use their homes, designing each space around that lifestyle, considering the furnishings, art, and other pieces throughout.

Her portfolio moves fluidly across contemporary, coastal, traditional, and transitional sensibilities, each interior shaped as much by its owner’s character as by its setting. Santulli draws on a deep, established network of South Florida artists, craftspeople, tradesmen, and specialty purveyors to bring every detail to life: curated art, richly layered textures, atmospheric lighting, and singular focal pieces that give each room its own quiet drama.

Palm Beach is a market defined by vacation homes and second residences, and clients living out of state or abroad trust Santulli to design and personally manage their projects from afar. That same trust carries over into her relationships with South Florida’s real estate community. These relationships have grown naturally alongside a market shaped by seasonal residents and buyers purchasing from outside the state.

Real Estate professionals frequently consult her when clients are considering a purchase, allowing her to highlight a property’s full potential. She is also engaged to design showcase homes at the top of the Palm Beach market.

The Palm Beach residence Collectors Gallery Escape is one of her notable projects, largely influenced by the owners’ significant art collection. A 14-foot Brian Rutenberg painting appears in the living room, while the broader collection informed the approach to spaces throughout the residence. The staircase and upper-level catwalk were also updated with glass railings, giving the interior a more open quality.

Another Palm Beach project, The Hamptons Meets Palm Beach, involved extensive work across the interior and exterior of an oceanfront townhouse. Its dark stair treatment was replaced with glass, helping bring more light into the interior. The private courtyard was also reworked with a koi pond, custom stone waterfall, lighting, and a commissioned butterfly sculpture, bringing a playful element to the property.

For private yachts, materials, furnishings, art, and the owner’s preferences continue to guide those projects as they do her homes on land.

With over twenty years of experience, Santulli continues to lead Annie Santulli Designs from Palm Beach Gardens. She keeps the studio personal in scale, maintaining the hands-on involvement that has defined the firm since its inception.
