Miami’s luxury penthouse market continues to expand with new high-rises that offer both elevated views and enhanced privacy. Beyond square footage and price per square foot, today’s buyers are increasingly prioritizing location, design, and distinctive amenities. From North Bay Village to Sunny Isles, recent developments illustrate how high-rise living in Miami is evolving.
Bentley Residences: Automotive-Inspired Design in Sunny Isles
Bentley Residences, rising 62 stories along Sunny Isles Beach, is the first Bentley-branded residential tower. Its two-story $37 million penthouse integrates design elements reflecting the brand’s automotive heritage, while incorporating hospitality-style services.
The residence includes four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a study, an entertainment loft, service quarters, and a kitchen with Gaggenau appliances. A private elevator foyer connects to a patented car elevator that delivers vehicles directly to an in-home garage designed for up to seven cars with EV charging. Indoor and outdoor pools, a terrace, and a summer kitchen support entertaining, while optional Bentley Home furnishings complement the automotive-inspired interior. Additional building amenities include a whiskey bar, cigar lounge, beachfront pool, and signature dining led by chef Todd English.
