One Domino Square, located at 8 South 4th Street, has officially opened its doors to new residents following the commencement of first closings. Designed by the acclaimed Selldorf Architects, this striking development marks Annabelle Selldorf’s first residential skyscraper and Williamsburg’s tallest tower.
As part of the Domino Sugar waterfront redevelopment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, the project features two iridescent porcelain-tiled towers. The north tower rises 39 stories and houses 160 condominium residences, while the south tower spans 55 stories and offers 400 rental apartments. Units range from one to four bedrooms, with select rooftop penthouses featuring scenic terraces.
