The Palm Beach International Boat Show returns to downtown West Palm Beach from March 25–29, bringing five days of on-the-water showcasing along Flagler Drive.

In scale, the show works for both serious shoppers and casual attendees, with hundreds of boats on display. Shown in-water, the vessels aren’t presented as static showroom pieces—they’re framed by palm-lined water views and approached from dock level, where proportions, finishes, and details read differently than they do indoors.

The docks span categories from practical center consoles and family cruisers to performance boats and large-yacht builds, plus accessories, marine tech, and outfitting that speak to how boating is evolving—from navigation and onboard systems to comfort upgrades that blur the line between “day on the water” and “waterfront living.” If you’re shopping, it’s a practical way to compare layouts back-to-back, ask specific questions of builders and dealers, and see what’s genuinely new rather than what’s been circulating online for months.

The setting matters here. Downtown West Palm Beach keeps you within quick reach of hotels, restaurants, and the walkable energy of the waterfront, while Palm Beach Island sits just across the water. Even if you’re not in the market for a purchase, the event is still a useful way to track what’s new: a chance to get close to high-end design and engineering in a single waterfront setting.

Make a day—or a weekend—of it by pairing the show with nearby staples. Start with a coffee and a waterfront walk downtown before you hit the docks, then keep your post-show plan simple: a long dinner in West Palm Beach, or a quick hop over the bridge for an evening on Palm Beach Island. If you’re staying overnight, carve out time for Worth Avenue window-shopping and a slower second day.
