Two prominent L.A. estates are being marketed with the option to accept cryptocurrency, adding a digital-asset angle to two of the city’s ultra-luxury listings. La Fin at 1200 Bel Air Road is now listed for $99,950,000, while 9330 Flicker Way in the Bird Streets is offered at $68,000,000.
The crypto angle is especially notable because of timing. When La Fin originally hit the MLS in February 2022 at $139 million, Bitcoin was trading around $40,000 per coin. At that level, the asking price equaled about 3,400 Bitcoin. Today, that same amount of Bitcoin would be valued above $200 million, showing how much digital-asset purchasing power has changed in the years since.
9330 Flicker Way offers a related example. The estate debuted in February 2023 at $72.5 million, when Bitcoin was trading closer to the mid-$20,000 range. Now listed for $68 million, the property speaks to the same broader idea that buyers who held Bitcoin through the recent market cycle may be looking at ultra-luxury real estate with a very different financial position than they had when these estates first came to market.
Cryptocurrency acceptance can be useful in this segment because some buyers hold wealth across companies, investments, equity, and digital assets. A listing that signals openness to crypto can reach buyers who may prefer to structure a purchase around those holdings, although any transaction would still involve tax, volatility, escrow, conversion, and timing considerations.
With La Fin and 9330 Flicker Way, the crypto option gives both listings another way to reach a buyer pool that may have gained significant purchasing power through digital assets, while the properties themselves remain grounded in the core drivers of L.A. ultra-luxury real estate.

La Fin in Bel Air
La Fin, located at 1200 Bel Air Road, is now listed for $99,950,000 and is being marketed with the option to accept cryptocurrency. Set on approximately two acres, the estate spans about 39,000 square feet with 12 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, and panoramic views across Los Angeles.
The home’s scale is matched by a long list of custom details. Its main staircase is built around a 44-foot chandelier made with approximately 55,000 crystals, while the living areas include formal gathering spaces, a custom stone bar, and large openings that connect the interiors to the pool terrace.
Entertainment and wellness define much of the property. The estate includes a soundproof cinema, spa areas, a steam room finished with backlit onyx, a massage room, and a fitness center with a rock-climbing wall. The lower level also adds a 6,000-square-foot entertainment area with 18-foot ceilings, catering facilities, a 1,000-bottle wine cellar, a cigar lounge, a vodka tasting room, and an automated six-car vehicle display.
Outdoor spaces extend the home’s entertainment focus, with an infinity-edge pool, a large lounge area with a fire pit, a rooftop deck, and a 23-foot LED screen. The primary suite adds another private retreat within the residence, with custom oak detailing, a lounge area, coffee bar, marble bathroom, dual walk-in closets, and a wraparound balcony.
Staff residences, a detached guest suite, fingerprint technology, and a security command center further emphasize the estate’s privacy and level of customization.

At 9330 Flicker Way, the focus shifts toward resort-style living, privacy, and expansive views. Now listed for $68,000,000 and also being marketed with the option to accept cryptocurrency, the newly constructed estate sits in the Bird Streets with approximately 500 feet of frontage and views across the canyon and Los Angeles skyline.

Inside, the home includes a command center-style office, screening room, gym, panic room, hookah lounge, meditation lounge, and shoeshine station, giving the estate a blend of work, wellness, entertainment, and security spaces.
The interiors also include several dramatic design touches, from a living room with stone fireplaces to an Arclinea kitchen connected to a wine room.
