For ten days this summer, Beaufort’s waterfront will become the center of one of the Lowcountry’s longest-running community traditions. The 70th Annual Beaufort Water Festival will take place July 17 through 26, filling Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park and surrounding areas with live music, water events, local art, food, and family activities.
The Cherry Creek Arts Festival will return to Denver over Independence Day weekend, bringing three days of visual art, live music, food, and interactive programming to the streets of Cherry Creek North. Taking place July 3 through 5, the free event will mark its 35th year as one of the city’s signature summer traditions.

The 158th running of the Grade 1, $2 million Belmont Stakes will be held on Saturday, June 6, as the centerpiece of the Belmont Stakes Racing Festival, which runs June 3 through June 7 at Saratoga Race Course. This will be the third and final year Saratoga hosts the festival during the redevelopment of Belmont Park on Long Island, which is expected to reopen for live racing on September 18, 2026.

Norfolk Harborfest returns to Town Point Park from June 19–21, marking its 50th year with a weekend of tall ships, live music, fireworks, family programming, and waterfront events along downtown Norfolk’s Elizabeth River. The festival, one of Hampton Roads’ signature summer gatherings, is free and open to the public.
The San Diego International Boat Show will take place June 11–14 at Safe Harbor Sunroad on Harbor Island, bringing one of the city’s major boating events to a waterfront venue on San Diego Bay. The 2026 show will include both on-water and on-land displays, giving visitors a chance to tour vessels, explore new models, and take in the coastal lifestyle that defines much of Southern California boating.
